Flourishing Families Childbirth Education Series, is a 4 week in person series taught by Heather Guy, of Flourish Family Doulas. Heather is a certified childbirth educator and DONA certified birth and postpartum doula. Heather has the experience of over 100 births and 3 years of teaching.
In this class you can expect to
- Build confidence in your birthing ability
- Understand the process of labor and delivery
- Learn physical and emotional coping techniques
- Explore your labor and birth options
WHEN? This class will be every Thursday (starting 7/8) in July 2021.
WHAT TIME? 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
WHERE? The Loehr Health Center Community Room at Farmers Park
COST? The cost is $250.00 per couple.
