We are so excited to announce that we are moving “UP” to our new building, and invite you to attend our GRAND OPENING IS OCTOBER 17th, 2014!!
We will have EXCLUSIVE Patient Appreciation Specials (for new AND current patients) that will be available all day! You simply need to go on a tour (given on the hour) and schedule after. It’s that easy!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR GRAND OPENING
11:00am–Springfield Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting
11:30am-7:00pm–Open house tours on the hour and a patient appreciation specials available at reception all day.
FREE fitness classes throughout the afternoon in our community room!
12:00pm –Get your inner yogi on with 2BWell stretching it out for an intro to yoga class in our community room.
1:00pm–Join Jen Keet for Pound Fit–The Rockout Workout–and drum to your heart’s content while blasting away the calories!
1:45pm–Become Warrior Strong during an intense workout with My Fitness Place, because it’s more than a workout.
2:30pm–Bring your infant to Mommy and Me Yoga class with Kaylen King from Yoga Studio 72. Come to one FREE class or all, and bring a friend!
4:00pm-7:00pm–Bring back the entire family for our Family Fun Night in the evening!
Please feel free to come dressed up as your favorite character from the movie UP! or your favorite superhero, princess ect.
We will have FREE FOOD, GIVEAWAYS, AND ACTIVITIES for the entire family!
