SPRINGFIELD, MO —Loehr Health Center welcomed Dr. Steven Baca to join its practice this week. “I am excited to join Loehr Health Center and look forward to caring for the people of Springfield and surrounding areas with their current health issues and concerns,” said Dr. Baca.
Dr. Baca has over fifteen years of experience and certifications specializing in chiropractic care, acupuncture, and nutrition. As a local graduate of Southwest Missouri State with his Bachelor of Science in Communications, Dr. Baca went on to earn his:
- Doctor of Chiropractic—Logan College of Chiropractic
- Meridian Therapy and Acupuncture Certification—Acupuncture Society of America
Dr. Baca continues to offer patients the utmost care through continued education. Currently, he is working to receive his Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists. As a Chiropractic Internist, Dr. Baca uses, “conventional medical diagnostics, specialized functional testing, and holistic medicine diagnostic evaluations” which allows, “therapeutic methods [emphasizing] conservative and minimally invasive approaches and [which] minimize risk to the patient”(ACA).
Patients of Loehr Health Center are empowered to live naturally. A wide range of services allows many patients to use physicians at Loehr Chiro as a primary care doctor—being referred to a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or other specialist as necessary. This allows an alternative option to individuals who wish to avoid drugs, without sacrificing quality medical care. Dr. Baca remarked, “My passion is to educate our community about natural treatments like those offered at Loehr Health Center.”
