Seriously, these are the best eggs ever. My kids will eat eggs if we are at a restaurant or visiting someone’s house…however, they always comment that the eggs aren’t fluffy or flavorful like mommy’s. It’s super simple and delicious. Just try it.

Here is our recipe on how to make kid cheering, mouth watering and mother approved scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Tofutti dairy-free sour cream
  • Salt and pepper taste
  1. Crack eggs into bowl
  2. Add the Tofutti sour cream, salt, and pepper
  3. Whisk eggs
  4. Pour over a preheated skillet
  5. Scramble away

Mini-breakfast Quiches (GREAT FOR FREEZING AHEAD OF TIME FOR QUICK BREAKFASTS)

  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Julienned carrots
  • Shredded zucchini
  • Spinach
  • Artichokes
  • Almond cheese
  • Ham
  • Applegate Farms turkey bacon
  1. Follow steps 1-3 from above
  2. Add desired veggies and meat
  3. Pour into coconut oil greased muffin tins
  4. Bake at 350⁰F until set or approximately 10 minutes
  5. Serve immediately OR cool and flash freeze for breakfast later in the week
