Here’s What To Expect Your Second Visit
1) Meet with your physician and start treatment.
You will check-in at the check-in kiosk and then see your physician. Your physician will review your customized plan with you and begin treatment.
Your physician will explain what is going on in your body and how the services or products recommended in your treatment plan are designed to improve your health condition.
You can learn more about your provider, their specializations, and more by clicking here.
2) To discuss finances with your New Patient Liaison and get scheduled
Your New Patient Liaison will provide you with an estimated total treatment cost based on your physician’s recommended plan and your payment options. He or she will review your insurance or billing information with you, and see if you have any questions before getting started.
Your New Patient Liaison will also ask you what day(s) and time(s) are best for your future appointments. We will then check your doctor’s schedule and reserve your requested appointment day(s) and time(s). The number of appointments pre-scheduled will vary based on your treatment plan. You will then get you a copy of your scheduled appointments.
3) Get therapies, if needed.
If therapies or working with one of our athletic trainers is in your plan, your New Patient Liaison will head with you to the therapy area to get started.
Your therapy plan may include therapies such as:
- Spinal decompression therapy
- Ultrasound therapy
- Myofascial release
- Class IV cold laser therapy
- Dry needling
- And more!
Your New Patient Liaison will meet you after your therapy to review your future appointment(s) scheduled based on your preferred time and see how your second day was.
Tailored just for you.
- Custom treatment
- Plan with a specialized physician
- Progress report cards
